It’s spring and I just want to draw flowers and use lots of bright colors! <3

Free sketch request for Frills-Of-Justice on deviantART, of her magical girl OC. Her name is Billie and she can summon ducks!
Prize for a contest winner on dA~
this was the character. My need to draw huge bows is sated… this week.
I decided to experiment on this drawing with textures and see how they work because lots of artists seem to use them, and also my artwork is severely lacking in hastily applied overlays of cement and lichen and bricks and carpets. This monstrosity was the result.
…I probably shouldn’t be allowed to use these.

Draw me an unholy mix of H.P. Lovecraft and Mahou Shoujo. What series is up to you, bonus points if you include the Necronomicon Ex Mortis.
Sakura Kinomoto stumbles across the wrong magic book…

Doom Kero is the most terrifying thing I’ve ever drawn, probably.
More coloring I did last night while taking a break from the askbox. C:
This was the sketch from earlier.
This is an old character of mine. Her name is Keiko. And since I have some obsession with drawing magical girls and overusing sparkles recently(???) I drew this.
Reference is this picture. I have no idea who that character is. I just searched “magical girl” on Google in hopes of finding a pose idea.
I cropped at the last minute because, as usual, the legs I drew looked wonky and I could not make them obey. Grrrr. I think the crop would have been better even if I hadn’t drawn a sucky leg, though, since it brings focus to the part of the drawing that has the most going on. xD;
Oh yeah, the brushes.
